REVIEW OF FILM 'I WANT TO TALK'
Review: I Want to Talk
Rating: 1/5
Directed by: Sujit Sarkar
Starring: Abhishek Bachchan
Key Observations:
Though Abhishek Bachchan delivers a decent performance, Relationship between Abhishek Bachchan and his daughter is not well established also not emotionally connected, he is no crowd-puller at the box office.
1. Poor Direction: Shoojit Sircar seems to have delivered a hat-trick of flops, following October, Gulabo Sitabo, and Sardar Udham Singh.
2. Lack of Appeal: Despite being based on a true story, the film fails to connect with the common audience.
3. Tedious Storytelling: The narrative is dull and devoid of romance or light moments, making it hard to keep viewers engaged.
4. Absent Music: The film’s soundtrack is virtually non-existent, adding no value to the experience.
5. Weak Writing: The screenplay by Ritesh Shah and Tushar Sheetal is unengaging and fails to leave any impact. More than dialogue are in English.
Why did the director choose to make this film? It seems destined to result in heavy losses for the makers.
Box Office Prediction: I Want to Talk is expected to be a "super disaster," with an extremely poor audience response.
